Description
Villa Ada is a wonderful residence, in a small country estate, designed in detail by its own owners, who are passionate about horse-riding. It has been outlined in the shape of a horseshoe, with a central patio facing the stables and it is situated on a green hill, with lawn and olive trees.
At the entrance there is a large shaded veranda, ideal to have breakfast outside and for your relax, after a day full of sea and sun, or for a romantic end of the day, swinging on a hammock looking at the stars, which is a wonderful sight in the summer.
The way the house is built guarantees your peace and privacy as the sleeping area is totally independent from the living one, including the entrance.
Three exclusive rooms are available, all of them very large and bright. One of them is a double room, one is a double room with an extra single bed and the third one is "three-quarter size" bed (i.e. half way between a single and a double), comfortable for a young couple or for children. Two bathrooms will be for your private use.
A comfortable living area, serves both the family and the guests, with a large open kitchen in a hall about 50 square meters wide.
Breakfast will be served at tables on the veranda by the landlady, who has the pleasure to offer daily a variety of products including seasonal fruits and local cheeses, juices or smoothies, plus the traditional choice of jams, butters, chocolate spread, coffee and milk, tea, biscuits.
Location and surroundings of the house
The house is about 1.5 km from the town of Arborea. In the village there are two supermarkets, a post office, three banks with ATMs, a pharmacy, bakeries, newsagents, a butcher, a small shopping centre with a Eurospin, a para-pharmacy and other shops, a small covered market with a fishmonger and a fruit and vegetables stall, the outlet of Arborea industry that transforms the milk and a store to buy wines and other local products.
Distance from sea: 3.8 km, distance from Oristano (nearest main city): 15 km.
Distance from the most spectacular beaches in the area: from 20 to 30 km.

Rental conditions
Arrivals and departures are accepted any day of the week at the following times: arrival after 2 PM and departure before 10.30 AM. Different times must be agreed in advance.
The booking is confirmed with the payment in advance of a 30% deposit of the total rent, while the balance will be paid upon arrival.
Accepted payments: for the deposit we accept bank transfers or postal money orders. The balance will be paid in cash upon arrival.
We do not accept other forms of payment.
Rates
Rates range from 45,00 to 75,00 Euros per day depending on the period and the room required.

Directions
From any direction take the S.S. 131 heading towards Oristano. Exit at Santa Giusta (the previous exit coming from the North is "Oristano-Fenosu", while from the South is “Sant’Anna”) and follow route 49 for about 11 km, then turn left at the 10th km of route 49 and continue for about 500 meters until the entrance of Villa Ada which is the colourful gate on the right.
Please note: on the S.S. 131 there are many speed checks.
