Description
The lovely accommodation is situated in a magnificent villa, with a lush garden with olive trees, within a small country estate. For a very special holiday, away from chaos and close to the charming beaches that in this area are still untouched.
The house, with a separate entrance, is built in the basement of the villa and so it is particularly cool in summer. It consists of a large double bedroom and a living area with kitchenette, where there is also a double sofa bed and a digital TV.
Moreover, there are a spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine and an attached storage room wide about 8 square meters.
The apartment, about 50 square meters wide, is cozy, comfortable and bright, it is equipped with mosquito nets to all doors and windows and anything is needed to cook and serve the meals: cookware, dishes, cutlery, glasses, tablecloth and cloth; it has a fridge-freezer and an electric oven, a drying room and all you need to hang out the washing. In the library you can find a good book to relax and informative guides, and also some brochures about the area.
Enjoy your meals outside, where you will find at your disposal an outdoor table and its chairs and a barbecue. Next to a small orchard with a slide and a swing, you will have an uncovered but shaded space to park your car.
Location and surroundings of the house
The house is about 1.5 km from the town of Arborea. In the village there are two supermarkets, a post office, three banks with ATMs, a pharmacy, bakeries, newsagents, a butcher, a small shopping centre with a Eurospin, a para-pharmacy and other shops, a small covered market with a fishmonger and a fruit and vegetables stall, the outlet of Arborea industry that transforms the milk and a store to buy wines and other local products.
Distance from sea: 3.8 km, distance from Oristano (nearest main city): 15 km.
Distance from the most spectacular beaches in the area: from 20 to 30 km.

Rental conditions
Arrivals and departures are accepted any day of the week at the following times: arrival after 2 PM and departure before 10.30 AM. Different times must be agreed in advance.
The booking is confirmed with the payment in advance of a 30% deposit of the total rent, while the balance will be paid upon arrival.
Accepted payments: for the deposit we accept bank transfers or postal money orders. The balance will be paid in cash upon arrival. We do not accept other forms of payment.
Upon arrival an earnest will be required, which will be returned at departure if there have been no damages to the house nor the equipment.
The rental price includes the final cleaning of the accommodation and the costs of gas, water and electricity with the exception of the costs of heating. In fact, the latter will be paid separately according to consumption.
The rental rates do not depend on the number of people.
Rates
Rates range from 250.00 to 350.00 Euros per week, depending on the period and the length of stay.
Please note: during the winter heating costs are paid according to consumption and added to the rental price.

Directions
From any direction take the S.S. 131 heading towards Oristano. Exit at Santa Giusta (the previous exit coming from the North is "Oristano-Fenosu", while from the South is “Sant’Anna”) and follow route 49 for about 11 km, then turn left at the 10th km of route 49 and continue for about 500 meters until the entrance of Villa Ada which is the colourful gate on the right.
Please note: on the S.S. 131 there are many speed checks.
